I think the key is knowing what a healthy weight is for you and maintaining it , without obsessing if you deviate from time to time. While 150 might be too slender for some, as long as its what you and your doctor feel is right for you than its all that matters.
Holy hell...congrats to you too susie! The 100 + 5 per 1" is around where I feel best for my frame (I'm 5'4") but I have a pretty small frame overall. My sister on the other hand is 5'8" and would look emaciated at 140.
