I think that religion is going to end up a big deal this season and if the house doesnt split into the Republicans versus the Democrats then its going to end
up being the Atheists versus the Theists ala how Brooklyn had the ridiculous Girls vs Guys storyline throughout the latter half or so.
Ashley made me die of laughter at the beginning. She was like "OMGZ THE ABRAHAM LINCOLN ROOM I WANT THAT ONE" when Lincoln was not only a Republican, but the first Republican president. Although the party platform was probably way different in the 1860s than it is today, its still funny. I agree with whoever said she was more a Dem cheerleader than anything else. Ty- He seems like a bully, especially during his "SAY YOU DONT BELIEVE IN GOD!!!! SAY IT!!!!" and in the previews when they show him holding Emily against a wall. How immature was "They moved my things to a different room without disturbing anything, IM NEVER EVER TALKING TO THEM EVER AGAIN" though  ? Not that the girls went about it any better when they could have just
switched Callie and josh's things and left Ty out of it, but still he was being a baby about it.
Erika-Really boring this ep, but Josh- Zzzzzzzzzzz. Hes obviously going to cheat on his gf and we're going to have an entire episode(s) focused on him and theyre going to be super boring. Mike- Oh lawd Mike. I understand his "I DONT WANNA BE THE TOKEN GAY" thing, but in my mind at least hes now known as the one who "DOESNT WANNA BE THE TOKEN GAY" which isnt much different. Also him hiding his bi-ness because of stereotypes only helps to perpetuate the stereotypes, a better course of action would be to be up front with it and then SHOW them how you differ from what they would think. I agree with either Erika or Ashley in the previews, whichever told him "Youre not
even comfortable with your sexuality how are you comfortable being yourself".
Emily/Callie- Emilys really gullible and Callie thinks that Ty is hot and thats all I know about either of them. Andrew- GO AWAY PLEASE. (Edited because I have the spelling skills of a middle-schooler.)

I actually don't mind the way Mike came out to his roommates. They were discussing how many people they slept with, and he named the amount of guys and
girls. I do agree, though, that he does not appear to be 100% comfortable with who he is, and I can see how talking about not wanting to be perceived as the
gay guy only adds onto the stereotype/label.

josh stayed out of the drama and by default was utr, but if you rewatch he actually had plenty of camera time not related to that but they were overshadowed by
the drama. He also got some reaction shots during the fight. Theres a few realworld dailies dealing with him and one of them he talks about a abortion to mike
and emily, he gets a little chocked up and he actually comes off really likeable. At frist i thought hed be anotherjose or derek that basically is just utr or
a sidekick, but i think and i hope helll get plenty of airtime.
Ashely - im willing to give them all a chance but so far shes the one i like the least. Mike - he's the most likeable so far. Heres hoping he along with josh gets a storyline. ty- he was out of line at dinner but i think have a feeling hes actually a nice guy. emily- like her. but not to much to say about her yet. callie- same as erika. andrew- annoying and honestly i think he really does have some mild mental retardation. erika- hopefully the josh thing wont be her and joshs only storyline to be played out in one episode like some have speculated. not much of an opnion on her yet. |

Sorry, but Mike just reminds me of every str8 acting gay guy that thinks that they're hyper masculine but they really read a 10 on the gaydar scale the
moment they walk or open their mouth. The more they say they're not the typical gay guy or don't want to be seen as one the more they scream faggot.

Mike has a weird looking head. Maybe it was the fact that I was tired but he looked strange during the dinner conversation about God. I fell asleep shortly
after that, so it might have been my lack of sleep that made him look so strange. I haven't caught the full episode yet, so not sure what to think.
