Posts: 27 (01/04/10 10:23 PM) More Recent Posts	Someone just PM'ed me, asking how to get a copy of the movie and, since some other people may be looking for it, too, I figured I'd say, here, what I said to that person, in the PM. If you go to Google and put "American Idol Adam Lambert - The Movie" - with the quotes - in, you'll get a big list of places that seem to have it. Scroll down to the "btjunkie" link and click it. When the page loads, click the green bar that says "American Idol Adam Lambert - The Movie" and you'll get the torrent file. I just checked it and, even though there is only one seeder, it does download, so... If you're unfamiliar with how torrents work, just put uTorrent into Google and click the first link. You can get the program, there, as well as plenty of documentation on how it all works. Also, if anyone, here, still has a copy of it readily available, and would like to help seed it, you can. Simply go and get that torrent file and open it in uTorrent. When it asks where you want to save it, direct it to wherever you already have it saved, on your computer. Since the DownloadHelper add-on, for Firefox, let's you get higher-quality MP4s from YouTube - and since my crappy, old computer can't even play a YouTube video all the way through without pausing to "buffer" - I just download any video from there that I want to watch. I just decided to keep all of the Adam stuff and, now, I have about 8GB worth of them. Edit: $50 for a full season of AI isn't bad, really (although free is definitely better). If they'd put it out, officially, you know it would cost a whole lot more. (A quick search shows that, apparently, they only put out "Best Of" DVDs). Last Edited By: zapphnath 01/04/10 10:42 PM. I only got the ones I needed to make the movie, so I only have the one audition show and one of the results shows (the "Homecoming" episode, I believe). They're still out there, I'm sure, but I don't really have the hard-drive space to get them, now. On a side note: It's been over 200 pages since I joined and I'm only up to 29 posts - and not all of them in this thread. I guess I'm doing it wrong (or right, depending on your point of view).

Here is a blog about him bitching about Adam's crazy fans. Least Glay and his camp (snark) were smart enough to never ride the ass that was serving them at the height of fame. These waffles feel the need to ride the ass of those supporting Adam. Sad. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I view facebook as the last safe haven of my social networks. Having turned my twitter account into a cesspool, discovered that my myspace account was picked apart by a 15-year-old girl and all my pictures (and friends' pictures) used in some sort of bizarre internet shrine, I have vowed to keep my facebook account sterile. I regularly delete friends that I don't immediately recognize, or if I can't remember why we're friends in the first place. That said, I get a pretty steady stream of friend requests. This is not to brag, but to simply inform you of my situation. Usually there are about 5-10 requests per day. Cool, I guess, but not really. I'm not a celebrity and though I make no secret of my identity, I don't think I should really bear the burden of fame. Perhaps you're thinking that we could be actual friends if I got to know you or something through the internet which I guess is possible, but I will not be going down that road. At least not on Facebook. Typically when someone looks me up on FB, there are telltale signs. Do we have mutual friends? No. Is your profile picture actually a picture of my brother? Yes. Is it a picture of him as a child? fucking creepy. Is it actually a picture of you but your hair is jet black and you have the exact same haircut as my brother? Wow. And you're a woman? ok, that one's fair since it's basically Sharon Osbourne's cut dyed black. Here's the kicker though: the fan pages. When you click on someone's profile you can see what fan pages they're members of. And that's where the crazy can't hide. Yes, I'm talking to you, girl-with-48-separate-taylor-lautner-fan-pages. In fact, most of you are Twilight fans to some degree and you should know that the only legitimate way to like Twilight is ironically. And liking it ironically does not include obsessively joining every single facebook group dedicated to its cast. My thought process, therefore, goes like this: hmmm, a random girl from the internet wants to be my friend. 95% chance of being Lambert fan and 5% chance of being a porn account. Let's check the profile, shall we? Ahh! I see 3 Taylor Lautners, a Twilight, and an Adam Lambert. Ignore. I know that this address comes off as very pompous. If that will assist you in deciding not to be my friend on FB, then let it be known that I am very pompous. Anything I can do to save myself from the soul-crushing task of coming face-to-face with the reality that the same people who tell me they enjoy my writing are the same people who like Twilight, then I'm all for it. I'm beginning to suspect that my not wanting to write negativeneil anymore is partly based on this common thread. That said, get up on Twitter. That shit is hilarious and I will happily make fun of you all day. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I understand his points, BUT, do you have to be such a dick about it? That's the price of FAME. Your brother knew what he was doing and Neil is a mediawhore too having this blog site and accepting friends in the first place. There are lots of ways not to be searchable on facebook for ex. You can just not accept friends and that's it from the beginning. Yeah they have pics of your family, WELCOME TO HOLLYWEIRD. Sorry Neil but this is what it's all about and yes, you are paying the price too. Ask anyone in Hollyweird and their families. They ALL pay a price. Is it fair? No, but Neil has brought it upon himself by accepting friend requests in the first place and really, how awful is that on the grand sheme of things. Oh and the pics of the family leaked out cause these morons already posted it on networking sites and photobooks online. If Adam had any sense, he would have taken them down. I don't see a whole book of Carrie photos leaking around. Oh and he is such an ass that he posts a profile msg of someone from facebook on his blog. I'm not linking it or posting it cause I don't know if we are allowed to show it here since it's personal info but it's pretty mean. God, I'm not rooting for Adam's c.d. to crash. My only argument is that he didn't have to accept any of the crazy followers on facebook from the start. He also could have done his blog without mentioning adam and keep it anonymous. I don't see Carrie Underwood's sister all over the Idol internets world bitching about her fans (she has crazy ones too). It's one thing to mock them in privacy, it's another to mock them openly. He knows how Hollyweird is, he has lived in L.A. most of his life. He loved the attenton at first but now is getting annoyed. Tough titties. Just do as Seaqueer suggested, delete them no need to mock the hand that's feeding his brother. You can make yourself anonymous if you want.
