The way Sandra plays the game, the only time to really logically justify voting her off (at least in the minds of the players) is at the beginning if you think she's weak in challenges. Otherwise, voting Sandra off would, for these guys, always feel like a wasted vote... there are always bigger fish to fry and other alliances to break up. Sandra just stands in the middle and votes the majority and the target really doesn't fall on her.

So two choppers are "starred," indicating it means nothing.
