So, I was rewatching the episode for a second time, and something caught my attention. When the director of Rossum is talking to Echo, he says that the name
comes from a play. Now, I did some quick googling and found this: Rossum's Universal Robots
I wonder if there's a clue there as to how everything will go down. Well, regardless, we'll find out very soon. It's so bittersweet. We'll have the answers, but then it'll be over..

I hate that this show is ending so soon.
I too think Saunders killed Bennett to fuck over poor Topher. Topher should be quickly spiraling into his madness now. I've been waiting a long time to see what Boyd's story is and now we're finally getting to see it. Wow!! |

I may live to regret posting this but I was struck by something when we were seeing Caroline's meeting with mr big. He reminded me of Topher. Obviously he
would have to have taken over a different body but for some reason his approach, his speech patterns etc, made me think of Topher.

"Mr. Big" introduced himself as Clyde. Clyde, in "The Attic," explained that his partner had taken Clyde's imprint and put it into at
least one Active before putting Clyde in the attic. So the young man Caroline first met upstairs was a Clyde imprint.
I suppose it's possible that Topher is another Clyde imprint, but I can't really think of a good reason for him to be one. |
