If Russell gets a UTR we can safely say he goes far and is in serious winning contention.. so let's hope he doesn't :)

I do though remember thinking that Casaya was the, as we called it then, "Complex Tribe." Guatemala and seasons with switches get confusing for CT theory, and requires some fluidity of thought. And for the love of Pete I can't remember who was in what tribe that season, and when the switch happened who went with whom. |

BlakeB717 wrote:Oh please Blake, It actually wasn't fun, mainly because of you. You insulted everyone who disagreed with you, and made them seem like they didn't know what they were talking about. DO NOT make me go back and find your posts. You hammered Mick down everyones throats, and if one person said "Maybe Natalie wins", you went ballistic and made them feel like their opinion didn't matter. You tried to use Edgic and your experiance with it as a tool to put down and disregard anyone who had an opposite opinion than yours. The fact is, Edgic really didn't support Mick, but you found ways to ignore the obvious, and you manipulated what we were really seeing. You always found a way to explain why the editing favored Mick, when that was further from the truth. A blind kid could have told you Natalie was going to win ever since the sixth episode, but you were not having it. I just hope you don't let your bias get in the way this time. |

Thanks to Oo I just got a link to a great place where I could watch all the exile island episodes, so now I'll analyze the recaps and how Casaya was
painted as a tribe.
(Skipping ep #2 since they weren't divided into Casaya and La Mina yet) Ep #3: Shane got a lot of N focus, both before and after the switch. Shane was shown wanting to quit, but then Aras is credited with getting him to stay, Cirie/Melinda get sympathy from one of them going home over Shane who wanted to quit. Jeff never says anything about Casaya as a whole. Ep #4: Bruce is called the savior of the Casaya with all of his outdoors knowledge, meanwhile the alliance of Aras/Danielle/Courtney/Shane is said to be 'strained' by Jeff as we see them fighting with each, and Cirie saying "these are the people you guys chose to align with, how stupid is that". Ep#5: Casaya wins the bathroom reward and has conflict over how to use it, Jeff never says what's the right decision, but the music seems to imply using it as a bathroom instead of a place to keep dry wood was a mistake. Later Jeff says the alliance of 4 'continued to crumble' as we see Shane and Danielle fighting, and Cirie saying their alliance is some psychotic joke. Ep #6: Casaya wins among other things fish, but returns to a flooded camp. Cirie says they won food but they can't cook it from the flood, Jeff says "but they made the most of their reward", and Cirie gets a confessional about worrying about getting sick from eating the raw fish (Notice, Jeff doesn't remind us about Casaya's poor decision earlier to use the outhouse as an outhouse instead of to store firewood). Later Bobby & Bruce spent 'quality time' in the outhouse, one is heard saying "you know what maybe we shouldn't drink this", Jeff continues "and in the morning they paid the price", someone (Danielle?) asks who drank the last bottle of wine, and Bobby off camera says "I drank it", Cirie gets a confessional saying someone would have to pour the last bottle of wine for her to drink it that they as a tribe won. Bobby shown having no remorse for drinking the wine when talking to Courtney. After the IC the alliance of 4 decides to vote out Bobby, then Jeff says Aras changed the plan, we see Aras argue Bruce should go, then Danielle changes the plan 'again' according to Jeff, back to Bobby. Shane gets mad at his tribe's flip flopping. Jeff says the TC voting was 'erratic', but 3 votes was enough to send Bobby home. Ep #7: Shane wants out of the alliance, in the morning Shane asks to take his son's name back & end alliance, Jeff says "the casaya women granted Shane his wish and the alliance of Shane/Courtney/Danielle/Aras was broken". Casaya said to relax and take their mind off the game for the afternoon on their reward. Overall there wasn't much mention of the whole tribe of Casaya by Jeff in the recaps. A lot of the Nivity was more focused on Shane, and the alliance of 4, the editing could have been a lot more brutal on the tribe as a whole, and could have had Jeff saying much more N things about the events recapped. One other thing I ought to note, it was never mentioned or even really hinted at in the recaps that La Mina was incompetent at all. |

You should be more specific Blake, for a second I thought you were referring to me when you said "you have got to be joking Ninja & Battle", I
mean my post comes after SurvivorNinja's and before yours.
Since cantthinkofaname brought it up, here's my season long ratings for the cast. Marisa - CPP Mike - OTTM Betsy - CPP Ben - OTTN Yasmin - OTTN Ashley - MORN Russell S - CPM Liz - MORM Erik - MORN Kelly - UTR Laura - MORN John - MORM Dave - MORN Monica - MORN Shambo - OTTM Jaison - MORM Brett - UTRP Mick - MOR Russell H - CPN Natalie - UTRP Edit: Wait a minute, I think you have a mistake in that chart for Ashley cantthinkofaname. I mean look at her season long ratings, an N in ep #1, and a M in her boot episode in ep #5, the rest are static neutrals, yet your chart says two people gave her a P and no one gave her a N (except for me)?

You sucked the fun out of edgic with your Mick lovin' so if you're implying people are taking this too serious then I say pot meet kettle, you're both black. |

Hope this helps, Chap: Those who remained with Nakum throughout, either until the merge in Ep. 9 or until voted out, were Jim, Brooke, Margaret, Judd and Cindy. Those who remained with Yaxha until the merge our voted out were Morgan, Brianna, Brian, Amy and Gary. The switch occurred in Ep. 4 and saw Blake, Brandon and Bobby-Jon, and Danni move from Nakum to Yaxha while Jamie, Lydia, Rafe and Stephanie moved the other way from Yaxha to Nakum. BTW, does anyone have anything new on the subject of a protected spoiler-free S20 site? |

For overall ratings, I don't think people are really looking at John's edgic, just remembering the last 4 or so episodes before his boot. He was mostly
UTR, with 3 UTRs, and 3 INV1s. Besides that he had 1 OTT, but in all his prominent episodes besides that he had CP (4 of them). So I think he should either be
UTRN, or if you go based off his prominent episodes, CPN.

If this is all the votes we're gonna get then here are the results:As tone watchdog, I vote the following on close calls. Ashley - Neutral Russell S - Mixed Erik - Mixed I don't recall much tone at all from Ashley. Her N is ep.1 was borderline and weak, as was her P in a couple subsequent scenes. |
