Ohh yes, Up got me to that point where you are ABOUT to cry, like that sinking, jaw clenching point, but you are able to hold back the tears.

There's a few movies that kinda get me going and sad....but the only ones that make me cry WITHOUT FAIL are
Stepmom and The Hours. Damn you Susan Sarandon for stabbing my heart
 And her son saying "No one loves you like I do" near the end...I totally
lose it.
In The Hours, when Ed Harris is starting to climb on the window ledge and Meryl's whole performance in that scene...knocks the shit outta me. I'm not surprised at all that Titanic wasn't really mentioned. Horrible movie. |

I watched Steel Magnolias right before Xmas and cried so hard... I shed a couple of tears last night at the Blind Side too.... not bawling status... but lump in my throat couple of tears down my cheeks.... |

a good actress.
