Some playboy model was murdered in Florida.
Playboy model Paula Sladewski has been found murdered and burned beyond recognition in Miami. Read more about this tragic story and see her photos and video here.
Paula Sladewski and her boyfriend of two years Kevin Klym, were staying at a Miami beach
hotel while on vacation. The couple was there to ring in the new year with a Lady Gaga concert and some bar hopping, but some how things didn't turn out as planned.
On Saturday evening the two were at Club Space, where they apparently got into a fight about Paula being to drunk and refusing to leave. She remained at the club, Kevin says he went back to their hotel. Paula never returned to their hotel, so Kevin filed a missing person's report.
Though Klym was questioned for over 12 hours, it does not seem like he is a suspect at this time.
"Kevin is fully cooperative with law enforcement. He has met with police four times. We are talking with law enforcement about the possibility of Kevin doing a polygraph to clear his name."
Police have yet to release the details on how Sladewski died, and a police report has not yet been made public.
26 year old Paula Sladewski was found "burned beyond recognition" in the trash on Wednesday, after police responded to a call reporting flames in a dumpster near a propane manufacturer. North Miami police spokesman Lt. Neal Cuevas said,
"It's so horrific. They'd have to be a monster. It's a dastardly act. It's the most heinous thing that a person can do to another person. It was just total, total, disfigurement. You couldn't even tell that it was a woman or a man or even what race."
Her family is understandably distraught by the outcome. Her sister Kelly Farris said,
"She loved life, she was full of life. She went on a lot of vacations. She was a great person. I couldn't imagine anything like this happening, you know. We can't even give her an open casket. We can't even see her again… I just plead with anybody …out there …come forward. She did not deserve to die in this way."
They've got a hot lead on the culprit.
