I liked it okay. And I read a LOT of crime fiction. I really expected much worse, seeing as it is a ghost-written TV-tie-in. (But then again, I also bought the Secret Diary of Laura Palmer, the Agent Dale Cooper book, and the travel guide to Twin Peaks)
The fun/or not part was the way the characters were really meta. Fictional representations of fictional chars., and of course, you can't help but see the actors' faces in your head for the different characters.
I picked up the Twin Peaks travel guide recently in a bargain bin at a one dollar shop. I felt it was worth the quarter.
