From RealityTvWorld:
ABC orders new 'Bachelor Pad' all-stars spinoff of 'The Bachelor'By Christopher Rocchio, 01/12/2010 The Bachelor franchise will reportedly receive the Big Brother treatment. Executive producer Martin Hilton declined to reveal cast-member identities but told The Reporter that it will include former winners. He added the spinoff's concept was inspired by real-life relationships formed by former contestants. "All these people have been friends, been enemies, they date each other and bring all this great backstory to the show," Hilton told The Reporter. "It seemed like there was an opportunity to combine that world with a new competitive reality show." Bachelor Pad will feature the former bachelor and bachelorettes living together under one roof and competing in a series of challenges, some of which will be inspired by incidents from previous seasons of the reality dating franchise, according to The Reporter. Each episode will conclude with evictions from the house. Chris Harrison -- who has helmed every The Bachelor and The Bachelorette edition -- will also host Bachelor Pad, according to The Reporter, which added will likely premiere following the conclusion of this summer's sixth edition of The Bachelorette. The seven-episode series is produced by The Bachelor's Next Entertainment production company in association with Warner Horizon. Reports that producers were planning to bring back past contestants for an all-star edition of the ABC reality dating series had first surfaced in October. While ABC has never aired an all-star installment of the reality dating series, The Bachelor stars Bob Guiney (Season 4) and Jason Mesnick (Season 13) had each appeared on a prior The Bachelorette edition before their The Bachelor roles and all five The Bachelorette editions have starred a woman who competed on an earlier The Bachelor season. In addition, The Bachelor's Fall 2004 sixth season also featured two bachelorettes who had previously been rejected from earlier editions -- including eventual winner Mary Delgado, who got engaged to Byron Velvick. The couple split late last year. Okay, they HAVE TO HAVE TO HAVE TO cast Erica Rose and Stacey, who gave her underwear away.

Stupid fraus are STILL hung up on their man Reid.
Ali and Jakes conversation was awkward and unnatural, I think a part of her realized that nothing was going on conversation wise. Jake is just so dull, I'd have a better conversation with a cardboard box. That will be their downfall I predict, she would get bored of him and his dullness. I really like her though, she just seems like the complete package as Jake saidNatural, smart, and funny my ass. Reid was a fucking bore. I think Ali matches better with Reid than with Jake. Reid and Ali seem to have a much younger spirit than Jake. Too bad we'll never get to see it.What a stupid theory. That doesn't mean they'll match. You never know...they have reunion parties all the time with recent and past participants....just saying Never say Never!I'm praying to all gods that this doesn't happen. |

lmao, as if it couldn't be anymore of a trainwreck. Although it's probably not what it seems, we now have previews with telling Jake she's preggers.http://abc.go.com/shows/the-bachelor ETA: If you let the video run, you get Ashley E saying that Jake asked her three times what she taught! I re-watched some of the episode, and noticed Jake saying the InStyle thing was coming out "this month", but it's not really out until now (this part would have been shot in Nov?) Not that it's a big deal, but are they trying to give the appearance it's live?

Does she already have a kid? Maybe she is just recounting the story of telling her ex that she was pregnant.

I don't think she does. I can't remember. Wasn't she the virgin bride, who's husband cheated on her?

Yeah, the controversy last season boosted their ratings so much that it looks like they went into this one with a bunch of "shocking" reveals already
set up.
Maybe the same staffer got and is getting a lump sum payment for all his help with this season's ratings. |

RS says that the "I'm pregnant" was said as an ice-breaker, meant as a joke, at the beginning of the conversation. Bogus as usual.

I think ABC overplayed their hand by promoting the Roz thing so much. Just randomly accusing her seems extremely contrived.
So far, I'm not finding this season very watchable but I usually don't until there are fewer people to keep track of. I'm not sure why Jake seems like such a loser but he does. |

^ And that was before she was cut-off. Maybe she had more dirt to spill about herself . Yikes! ;p As for Elizabeth and her refusing any kisses til she's F1 - Please, who is she trying to fool with this good-girl act. She has implants! |
