I am a hamburger gourmand. While several variations of "extras" are acceptable, the absolutes are: grilled and decent bread. By decent bread I mean something with integrity, preferably a kaiser roll or sourdough ... no CHEAP buns!!! My favorite presentation is: medium, with provolone and a slab of Bermuda onion on a kaiser. Fries must be thin and crispy with malt vinegar.
