43. Argus Filch

Filch is a funny character I guess, but nigga gets WAY too much airtime in the movies. Like he should've been written out a long time ago. I guess the actor is like blowing the writers or some shit because he is omnipresent all the fucking time at Hogwarts. He doesn't even speak. However, I don't hate him so I didn't put him lower. He deserves a bottom 10 ranking tho fersure.

42. Dudley Dursley

Now only Petunia remains to fight for the Dursleys, but don't worry- you won't see her for a while. I totally hated Dudley when I was like 11 and reading these books for the first time. It was probably because i was ~emotionally abused~ as a child by bullies and I identified with Harry in some sense. He's a little bitch though and he usually gets his just desserts. Maybe being attacked by a Dementor is a little much, but whatevs. Anyways in the seventh book he actually defends Harry and thanks him and shit so he went up in my book, but let's be honest there are a lot of epic characters and he just doesn't make the cut.

41. Percy Weasley

Percy is basically the HBIC of the Wizarding World, lets be honest. I don't personally recall ever hearing or reading Percy speak, however EVERYONE talked about him all the damned time in the first few books. He was like the Sarah Jones of the Weasley family. However, he turned into Fudge's bitch and left *!%!@*! Molly in tears which totally turned me off. He then pretty much disappeared and became insignificant until the final book where he 'fought with the good guys'. That is totally not the Percy I loved in the first few books and since those are the most recent in my memory, he caps out the bottom 10. And he's not even in the movies alol.

40. Ginny Weasley

OMG GINNY WAS RAWBED. So sorry to disapoint you, but I cannot pretend like I'm a Ginny fan. I loathe this bitch and the only reason she's not in the bottom 10 is because she's much more important than these other guys. Most of you only like her because she has a vagina, which I understand, but let's face reality- Ginny is worthless. Sure, she's on the good side. But does she fuck shit up for everyone on a daily basis? Yes. She unleashed the fucking Chamber of Secrets for Christ's sake. Even in the extra scene that was in the HBP movie, the bitch goes out and runs into a field and has to be saved. "But georgia, she's a really good witch!" Idgaf. That's talent, not a great personality trait. Speaking of her personality, she doesn't have one. She is seriously just a vagina for Harry to fuck and that is her sole purpose.
