Revote in which Jerri would be forced to choose between Sandra and Parvati, or Russell joins the jury and casts the deciding vote. I think I remember hearing
somewhere that in the China FTC, Todd, Amanda and Courtney all cast a vote for the person they thought should win in case of a tie. Or is that just something I
made up in my head?

A tie in ftc would be great drama. I didn't think Sandra was that great a player - but twice to ftc and at least one win (maybe two) is telling me -
she's for real. I'll look forward to seeing some moves, even if they are out of the spotlight.
Where is SU - it's been 7 days and no show - he/she is keeping a low profile now? |

Of all the previous winners, Parvati (not Tom or Sandra or JT) is the one being highlighted in the promos. Doesn't mean she wins, but it shows that she
will be a key character this season.

They highlighted the best known players. Rupert (because he's an all time fan favorite), Parvati (as the winner of the most popular recent season), and
Russ (as the most notorious in the previous season). That's just good marketing and doesn't mean jack shit.

There's no need to apologize it was just an observation. Some people are living in fear that Parvati might possibly beat Sandra and are lashing out as a
result, don't take it personally.
I don't understand where the turn around came from tho. It went from "Sandra wins" to "Parvati probably wins" in a matter of two posts with absolutely no justification. |

Then why wouldn't they feature Amanda? Face it, Parvati is being featured for a reason. Not necessarily because she wins, but obviously she makes it far
and will be a major player this season. They're setting the stage.
The question with Sandra is why she is being hidden. She was the only one of the rumored final six not to have a confessional during the People's Choice Awards preview. |

Also, you do realize that the preview that was shown at the People's Choice Awards was unfinished and edited. It's not the full opening and Sandra
could very well have a confessional.
Not that that really matters. Natalie was invisible for a full three episodes, and were Parvati or Bob really hyped up in Micronesia and Gabon? I don't think so. I just really don't think we can rely on editing anymore. |

Not sure what fish you are trying to fry, but it's coming out half baked. Ok, of course the networks are in the business of getting and keeping viewers.. and sex sells. I think that you can't look at this quite so narrowly. They are setting the stage as well, getting a 'buy-in' to the season and setting the table, as mentioned. As a hetero M, nothing wrong with Amanda whatsoever. But if all you want is sex appeal, don't show Parv in a helicopter with her clothes on, show Danielle or Sugar with her top coming off, blurred out ..even. It wasn't just the PCA's, there are ads running now that focus on Colby, Rupert, Russell and Parvati (all of whom are rumored to go far) and Coach. All
were in the PCA promo too. Its just an observation. Sure, maybe it means nothing. Whatever. I dont see why that elicits the response of "SHUT THE FUCK UP
ITS MEANINGLESS *plugs ears* LALALALALA"
I like Sandra fine but I wouldn't freak out at any sign of her possibly not winning. There's no reason to doubt the spoilers but if someone brings up something they've noticed just...breathe. |
