How has nobody assassinated Robin Williams yet? |

Too bad he couldn't have overdosed on coke in the early 80s and just stopped after Mork & Mindy.

I dunno, you kind of have to admire the way he's fooled millions of people into believing he's funny by simply responding to every comedic challenge
with a moronic southern preacher imitation.

Well that's just indicative of a larger problem.

His coke-days standup was awesome. I saw him live during those days. It was brilliant.
It's not that he should be dead, he should just be back on drugs. |

If actors who annoys us are going to be subject to random slayings I would prefer William Hurt went first.

He was also creepy in that movie where he played that dead photographer |

Oh ..it was " what dreams may come " that I liked him in , cause he was sad in 98 percent of the movie . I liked him sad instead of jumping around
doing his same 5 or 6 lame accents ...

I agree, he stopped being funny when he stopped snorting coke by the kilo. He's like the anti-anti-drug posterchild.

In context of time and place, he was extremely funny. His style was different and new and when he riffed on something it could be hysterical. Probably the
coke, but he was damn good. People compared him to Jonathan Winters, who was supposed to be some kind of comedic genius. I never thought ANY of his shit was
funny, but again, maybe in the context of HIS era he was funny. Some people transcend their glory days and some don't.

For me it's not just that he's not funny any more. It's that pathetic Mime-inspired expression he gets on his face begging for unwarrented laughs.
