There is sure to be some sort of 5 minute memorial at the beginning of S20.
I doubt the saline are much of a cancer threat, although some people do get health complications from the surgery. I've never had a problem with my FFF stripper sized implants, except for the fact that I can't walk on a balance beam anymore.
