I am honestly shocked that Sugar is not on everyone's list. The entire season of Gabon was edited through her eyes, she had a huge edit for a female, a very memorable storyline, and was a casual fan favorite. I put her, Coach & Russell H. all in the exact same category. She was the star of her season without a doubt and a lot of you seem to omitting her just because you know that it was her goal, but it doesn't make her memorability/popularity with the general public any less. I'm not a big fan but she was a huge character.

Honestly as far as "legend" at Sucks goes, its all about popularity but for the general public and who is popular most people dont remember a lot of people from Guatemala til Now, only a select few would I consider legends from there on and that would be;

Parvat Shallow- "flirty girl that won"
Russell Hantz - "meann guy"
Courtney Yates-the "anorexic girl"
Cirie Feilds-the "couch potatoe"

All others, including Sugar, James and Amanda arent remembered that well by "the general public"

There can only be one - and that is EP Mark Brunett.

He has made a fortune on the backs of others. The experience of participating in one of these shows is so tough that hardly anyone has the physical stamina to participate in more than one season.

And peoples' physical condition deteriorates so quickly after about age 30 that for the most part, it's really useless to think of any one person as a long time Survivor champion or something like that.

Can you believe that people were considering bringing 72 year old Rudy back for this HvV season 10 years after he appeared in the first season? That would make him 82. He could barely complete physical challenges during the ASS season in which he participated. It's almost impossible to imagine that he could make any kind of showing at age 82.

I'm not criticizing older people - like Rudy - who want to try more than once. I'm just saying that the human body is just not built to go through this kind of punishment - especially more thant once in a lifetime. And its foolish to try and point to any one person who may have participated in two or more seasons and call them some kind of Survivor Legend. If they were ever to compete against other so-called Legends, it's pretty certain that they would be very unlikely to show well in a third or subsequent season. Almost no one has the physical stamina to do that.

It's just silly to try and point to some people as "Legends" in the expetation that we may squeeze yet another season out of this show that has already gone on way too long. It just doesn't make any sense and the whole thing has gotten so sad, I think it would just be for the best to drop a bomb on the production camp during the next season and blow them all the fuck to oblivion. I used to be a fan of this show. But now, it just makes my skin crawl.
