I never said that was great writing or anything, just that I got it. I think.
It was a stupid move to put himself in danger especially since he has a little girl who needs her dad. I'm finding myself not caring so much about him saving himself for his wife though; she was up Lloyd's ass way too much for a woman who has seen her future.

Turns out that instead of Thursday, March 4, "FlashForward" will return to ABC's schedule on March 18 instead. You can thank that pesky "American Idol" over on FOX for the delay.

To make up for the two-week postponement, the show will have a two-hour midseason premiere and a two-hour finale as well. As to how this will affect the very important date of "April 29" to the show's story arc, Goyer says, "We don't know. That may be one of the casualties of 'American Idol.'"

However, fans can look forward to a fun recap show that will air a few weeks before the premiere and that will include new material to reward loyal viewers, especially a "bomb" that will be end the recap special.

When it comes back on the 18th, it will return in a big way with an answer to the question "Who is Suspect Zero?"

As for "FlashForward's" chances for a second season, the producers say that they just pitched their ideas for Season Two to ABC and that the meeting went "well."

Oh, and, yes, the kangaroo will be back.

I'm really pulling for this show. I hope the writers turned it around for the second half of the season... But if they're pitching ideas at this point, I'm not holding my breath. All I'm hoping is that they at least give us a nice conclusion if indeed it does end after one season.

Nothing really happened. Same thing over and over again. Bryce is trying to find Japanese Girl. I'm praying for this show to be really good when it comes back.

I'm not sure I'm going to continue watching. If I'm dreading the return of a show, that's really not a good sign.

David Goyer did not make it all the way to FlashForward Day. ABC is expected to announce shortly the name of Goyer’s replacement as showrunner on the fast-plummeting ABC sci-fi series.

Goyer, who created the terrible “Threshold” and “Blade: The Series” before he created the terrible “FlashForward,” indicates he will now concentrate on his movie career.

As a director, Goyer’s feature credits include “ZigZag,” “Blade Trinity,” “The Invisible” and “The Unborn.”

As writer, his feature credits include “Death Warrant,” “Kickboxer 2,” “The Puppet Masters,” “The Crow: City of Angels,” “Dark City,” “Blade,” “Blade II,” “Blade Trinity,” “Jumper” and “The Unborn.” He also co-wrote “Batman Begins” with Christopher Nolan and co-wrote the story for the Nolan brothers’ screenplay for “The Dark Knight.”

New episodes of the series return to ABC March 18, at which point "Survivor" and "Bones" should obliterate any chance it had for a second-season renewal.

The final four episodes of “FlashForward” will be overseen by the new showrunning team of non-writing producer Jessika Borsiczky and writer-producers Lisa Zwerling (“ER”) and Tim Lea (“Law & Order: Criminal Intent”), who replace series co-creator David Goyer (“Threshold,” “Blade: The Series”).

Borsiczky, who is Goyer’s wife, produced Goyer’s big-screen effort “The Unborn” before she was hired as executive producer on “FastForward.”

ABC also again adjusted the series’ first-season episode order, which once stood at 25 but has gradually been cut back to 22. 10 episodes have already aired; episodes 17 and 18 are currently in production.

While the sci-fi drama launched impressively last autumn with a 4.0 rating in adults 18-49, that rating fell to a 3.0 two weeks later. Its last episode to air hit a series low of 2.1.

ABC resumes airing new “FlashForward” episodes March 18. Its Thursday timeslot is currently filled by the legal dramedy “The Deep End.”

Hopefully the new PTB will realize that this show is going to get yanked and try to tie the story up by the end of the season.

Replacing the team with procedural veterans can not be a good sign. The last 4 episodes will be stand-alone crime mysteries and the show will never be resolved.

I'm catching up right now, watching the episodes on Hulu. I am loving it (sure, it's occasionally ridiculous, but it sucked me in). I'm really sorry to hear about the show runner replacement. We can only pray that they won't completely f up and do what they did to Life on Mars.

Conspiracy, alternate universes, dead crows, suicides, quantum physics, Courtney Vance, hottie ethnic folk/foreigners, Bryce's character, Brits posing as Americans, college radio music.... WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!!!!!! Did I mention a totally fuckable Persian lady?!?!

This show was made for me, b/c nothing has to make sense in the long run. Just cool special F/X, cheesy acting, a rambling script, and kick ass cinematography. GET ON BOARD THE LOVE TRAIN JOIN HANDS for 137 seconds!
