Maybe Red loses 28lbs as a team, but water-loading or not, she's not losing 28lbs.  That would mean she was losing 10lbs a week and last week meant she waterloaded 20lbs? She's what 215 right now, meaning she'd be down to 187lbs if this is true?

Okay watching the promo vid, I think there is a possibility they just froze frame in 186 when the scale is flashing the up and down numbers for the dramatic effect.  If she does lose 30lbs in "one week" and still claims to be not lying and acts pissed off that she is being accused of such I don't know what she plans to get out of it.  Why don't the trainers stop training them?  As Jillian and Bob said, by lying they're making Bob and Jillian look bad.

Bob and Jillian are making Bob and Jillian look bad by their tantrums at weigh ins and their hypocricy.

Maybe. But she did need to get her emotions out, and since she's on a show where they're filmed 24/7, and knew it when she agreed to do it, then crying in front of others is fair game. People don't need to work out or weigh-in in front of millions of people either.

Says who? Jillian? Where did Jillian get her psychology degree from again? And not everyone who has been on the show has cried or has been forced to cry.

If Jillian truly cared about the woman she wouldnt chase her all over the ranch with cameras trying to make her cry.

She didn't. She chased her all over campus trying to keep her from quitting the show. But revise history if it makes you feel better.

ETA: It was taco Tuesdays at our house as well. Well, for my wife and I. Our nine month old got ground up taco meat mixed with refried beans. He apparently will eat about anything.
