I hear you. I've hated watching because of all the horrible storylines Guza put on the canvas. But this week will be rewarding. It will probably spill a little over to next week, then back to the normal GH with bad storytelling.

Hi All! I'm back after not coming here since July!!
I have to comment on the guy playing Lucky. I missed him playing the role back in the day-- that was during the 10 years I stopped watching GH. the scene where he confronted Liz and Nik-- wow. I'm thinking he should get an Emmy nom for that one. especially when you realize that he didn't "live" any of the things he brought up-- the pills, Jake/Jason, etc. I loved that scene, and hope we get more of that kind of stuff. he's GOOD. ( also, he looks like he could be related to Luke, which is kinda neat.) Hated Franco, and have no idea who that actor is who played him. I hope he's gone forever, but I think he'll come back. |

Fabulous payoff today!! Very Godfather-esque with the juxtaposition between the christening and the Dante/Sonny confrontation. Monday can't come soon enough! I am loving me some Dante - best new character in years!

wow, checked back in when the real carly came back, and then i stuck around when they said lucky was coming back.
what a huge difference good actors make. the poor guy has to cry every scene. he's taken over the real carly's role of show crier, now that she's left yet again. (and this current carly should be replaced. she's got no energy or charisma or spunk. nothing.) and the show today was great. the dante and sonny stuff was very tense and not over-the-top. nicely done. (well, then olivia came in...when she's involved, it's a given it'll be OTT. she needs to go back to the old neighborhood and leave dante in town.) i agree about killing all the quartermaines and georgie. i don't understand killing off all those core family members only to bring back random members now and then, like elizabeth's brother and i guess a couple of the wards are coming back too? so weird. they should bring back elizabeth's sister...that would make sense with the nicolas-elizabeth storyline.

it was creepy to see him do his own dirty work, it's the first time I've seen him harm someone. I'm also loving DZ as Dante. He has great chemistry with everyone he's on screen with. |
