But I doubt it will last long enough to become so amazingly craptacular. ABC is less patient than NBC (by patient I mean desperate and pathetic).

TMZ has learned 44-year-old Pasdar was arrested at 2:59 AM after cops clocked him going more than 90 mph on the 405 Freeway in L.A. We're told cops also noticed Pasdar was "failing to maintain his lane." According to the police report, when cops approached Pasdar's ride, they detected the odor of alcohol -- and decided to give him a field sobriety test. Pasdar was eventually placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. Pasdar -- who is married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines -- was taken to a nearby jail, where he was booked and placed behind bars. He's listed at 5'10" and 175 lbs. His bail was set at $15,000 -- we're told the bail amount was so high because the actor refused to take a breathalyzer. Since the series launched in 2006, it has achieved figures as high as 16.97m. However, the latest episode pulled in just 3.93m viewers, representing a new low for the show. Speaking exclusively to DS, Grunberg suggested that the show's timeslot, combined with NBC's lack of advertising, are the cause of its plummeting ratings. "I think NBC altogether has had a problem holding the audience," he said. "They used to be the number one network, and it was easy to launch off another show. "They moved us around, time-wise, to 8pm, but I don't think we're an 8pm show, we're a 9pm show. Now we're back to 9pm but they didn't let anyone know they were doing that - literally, no-one knew!" He added that the Peacock network has "much bigger problems than just the dip in the ratings for Heroes" and claimed that the series is "in a good position" to be renewed. I can't believe he is blaming ONE time slot move to an hour earlier (and then back) as its problem. Many many shows so much better than this piece of crap would of dreamed of just having this little change in their time slot. And the "lack of advertising". Oh god. Really, Matt? "lack of advertising?" and you are referring to Heroes????

They're in the shitter, but they've ALWAYS promoted the hell out of this show ever since the series premiere back in 2007, and the move to 8PM had little to no affect at all on the ratings at all. Why can't the idiot writers just admit that they fucked up the entire show with their shitty writing?! I know the actors on the show have to be thinking that. When I watch, I can just see the disdain in Hayden Panettiere faces whenever she's forced to spit out a line through gritted teeth for the ten millionth time. Poor girl, she had, and still does, have a promising career but this show is doing her absolutely no favors to her or any of the other actors.
