I just have a visceral reaction to the red team. Fingernails on a chalkboard, can't stand 'em from the moment they showed up, long before game play. Redneck lawyers, I guess.

I do think she's not there to lose weight or even to win the money but to become a "celebrity." She's far too aware of being on national television. Vicky was amusing but she was clearly trying to win the game--AND she's kept the weight off so far. I think Red Melissa is working on her image. And she's pissed because Jillian doesn't leave that in her control. And that's why Melissa is all nicey, I have to work with Jillian, honey dear. gag 

So, I'm assuming that Jillian's point ("it's not the game plan, it's the lying") is that it's Bob and Jillian's responsibility to work on the combination of food and exercise to optimize their weight loss so the lying undermines the ability to adjust what's going on and create the appropriate plan for them. What they should do is say, ok, you aren't lying but you aren't losing weight, so then you're on a 10 day fast and we'll work you 10 times harder.
