24 Season 8, possible 24 movie, and now 24 Vindaloo -- 'splosions to come!

Largely because most of them involved the best 24 character of all time, Martha Logan! Seriously. To catch up with Season 8, I've been rewatching the entire series with my boyfriend who hasn't seen any of 24, and its shocking how great season 5 is. There are 2 or 3 episodes right before the middle of the season that are a little dull, but besides that, its pretty great. They also managed to fix the character of Audrey and make her appealing after making her such an emotional mess in Season 4. I really hope we get to see her again before the show ends for good. Renee > Audrey, of course, but I think we need more closure on Audrey. We're about to start that horrible shitfest of Season 6 now though, uggggh.

But Wayne Palmer as president...ugh. And then that random Palmer sister who is in the show for approx 5 episodes.

I miss the cheesy, unrealistic but still fun to watch sideplots like Kim and her crazy nanny daddy, or Dana/Jenny. Renee is the fucking best.

His theory is that there is always a first evil plot that resolves in the first 6-7 hours and then a bigger conspiracy appears. He seems to think it has something to do with what D/J will do for her ex to get him to keep her secret. I'm still not convinced. I think it's just his Starbuck lust overruling his logical thinking brain.

I'll let you know after I finish watching it again. Why didn't they just kill him off, it would be more omgballsy to actually off a president on the show instead of just incapacitate them. Like that douche in Season 4 who got shot down in Air Force One, doesn't die, and is then never mentioned again. Why even bother? Watching Season 6 will be torture knowing about the salvation that is ReneeG0ddess lurking in the next season <3

The first President's brother, and President himself, in a coma, and then..nothing. I checked wikipedia on this a couple weeks back because I could not remember if they resolved it, but no, they never did.
