What is the sense in vaccinating third world kids when their countries lack the basics to feed and care for them? Unless they are vaccinating the girls with Depo Prevera.

Anyone watch the meeting today where Obama took questions from House GOP members for over an hour? I've never seen that happen before, except in Britain. It was pretty fascinating.
