I'm thinking it's probably something related to knowledge of previous seasons. It's an All Star season and the 10 year anniversary, after all.

If they do some kind of past-season trivia, that's a repeat too. It was done in All-Stars and in Micronesia.

No, I dont think they consider tie breakers "challenge" he was talking about each of the challenges being a returning challenge except one that they made up for a special occasion, so that could be like... a reward challenge incase they have to have a final 4 finale instead of the 5 person finale (if there are more than a couple of medevacs)
