The only good thing about the show was the beginning. The girls threw off some pretty funny one-liners. Kudos for that.
But it's the same old Miss America. The finalists were all very plain- and that's with a ton of make-up on. It's the talent part that causes this- in the Miss USA pageant, it's all tits and ass. Stunning girls don't usually give a rat's ass about singing and dancing- they all want to model. Fair enough. Still, Miss DC got robbed. Though plain-faced, she was still the quintessential tall leggy blond. I didn't even see the end. The black girl won? OK. (yawn) |
