Anyway, this is something I talked about doing in the Lulu write-up, so here it is. MajorTom where are you? <3333
An honorable mention before the top 3.

31 LIZ KIM
Survivor: Samoa, 13th Place
Liz was another alpha female type in a season with so many alpha females (Laura, Shambo, Yasmin, and of course outspoken and aggressive HBIC queens Kelly & Natalie) so it's easy to overlook her, but... don't. Liz was actually my #1 and only Edgic winner pick for the first two episodes, and also #1 for the third but once she got her INV in Episode 4 I unfortunately had to eliminate her. By looking so closely into her edit to see why she could have won, I began to appreciate her more. Sure, she was a business-only MOR female Asian with no real sense of humor or anything quotable to say, but she was competent at strategy and extremely good at the challenges. She was only taken out before the merge because she was the only one on Foa Foa that had the balls to challenge Russell and he knew she would be the only non-zombie follower post-merge, so she had to be taken care of. Some people might criticize Liz for the previous TC in which Swan died and she left it up to the guys for her or Natalie to go home, but honestly, sometimes you know it's your time and you just can't fight anymore. She knew the 3 guys were voting together and since their tribe was so weak and had lost so many challenges, everyone knew the 3 guys had to stay so they'd have any chance, although in actuality I'd say Liz and Natalie were better challenge competitors than Mick and Jaison. Liz was always great at the challenges, whether endurance, strength, agility and of course, puzzles.
She did have some quirky personality traits, even if she was just there for all business and no fun. She said "forward" like the typical New Yorker, as "fo-ward" instead of "four-ward" which is so lol. She criticized Laura & Natalie for not doing work and talking about books. She went straight to Russell's face and told him straight up that she thought he had the HII. Liz's edit might have been pretty MOR, but her actions were actually pretty interesting. I usually like the players that are there for the experience and to have fun, but I love Liz because she absolutely wants none of that. She just wanted to win, but once she realized her tribe was so lame that they could have gone into the merge 80,000-12, she knew she had to accept defeat if it came her way and try and expose some secrets along the way. I was rooting for Liz to stay, especially over Jaison or Mick, and unfortunately, Liz was the last pre-merge conquer of Russell.
