ETA: Maybe it wasn't the study back at the Bachelor house, but it sure looked a lot like it, even the fireplace.

Trying not to look ahead as I watch it on the west coast, but just wanted to say, "WTH?" They are in San Francisco, at a hotel, and having a version of the cocktail party prior to the rose ceremony. Jake even took Vienna downstairs to see the room where he is staying, and then Chris H comes into the hotel room and tell's Jake that it's time for the rose ceremony, and they leave the room. Commercial. Next shot is Chris & Jake going into the study back at the house and have their 'talk' about how he's feeling, etc., prior to the Rose Ceremony. Are they going to then go back to the hotel suite for the actual RC? They are not even TRYING to pretend that this little man-to-man chat is happening between the cocktail party and the RC??

I read on EW.com that they wouldn't be going back to the mansion.. so I don't think they were there...

Allie's a selfish bitch, Tinley is too nasally uber sweet and vulnerable in a way I don't entirely buy, Gia is too fake sweet, and Vienna is pyscho. Good luck, Jake. You are gonna need it. (p.s. if you are still crying about how you got dumped last season, YOU.AREN'T.OVER.HER.)

I loved how "virgin" Corrie was standing at the final RC. Her legs were crossed as tight as could be. Maybe she was sending vibes to him that they would be crossed tight for quite some time. I love reading body language.

IMO though in her defense, I think a lot of people who go on this show eventually start to approach it like that. gia's pretty hot, though I'm curious how the texas/NYC thing is gonna' work. corrie didn't seem that into jake anyway. and when he said "not moving in before marriage is not an issue for me" i KNEW it was an issue.. LOL

I have only seen seasons from 1/2 of Charlie's to now. I thought Charlie's was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed Matt's, even though both he & Shane were clearly there "for the wrong reasons." Jillian's season was the first and only time I felt invested in the outcome, mostly because I liked Jillian and I really did see an immediate connection between her and Ed.
But Jake? I really don't care if he finds love. Don't know what it is about him and these women, but I'm just continuing to watch because it's what I watch on Monday nights. Still don't know why the women are all falling for him, because I just don't see the attraction. Maybe Jake and the women are getting short-changed in the editing and need to sell a certain story at the expense of showing us more of their personalities. I guess I like Gia the best. But if Jake really did fall hard for Jillian, I guess Vienna comes closest to her energy level, even if she doesn't have Jillian's maturity, self-awareness, honesty, and fashion sense. |

And all his claims of his faith being so important to him don't seem to have any effect on who he picks. Speaking of which, I hope all the fraus in Florida with eligible Christian sons are looking up Corrie to do some matchmaking. |

Corrie was the most down to earth girl there! She deserves better than Jake. I think people are right...she got a bad edit! I loved her and was really hoping she DIDN'T get the rose! She can do much, much better! Jake is full of BS. He says he is all for things being honest and certain things not mattering...Ha! what a crock. He's a dufus...why did they pick him anyway??? I am done watching for now.....who cares who he chooses

dagny1331 wrote: We can be fairly certain she's not going to be the next Bachelorette: there's no way the producers want a virgin. And I suspect her edit is because she didn't give them any drama. I just wish she'd added a little drama to her exit. She could have looked Jake in the eyes and said "You say you see a different Vienna than we do. Which one do you think is the real Vienna, the one she shows to the girls she lives with 24/7 or the one you see during the limited time you spend with her?" But Jake is such a doorknob he wouldn't get it. |

So Corrie's the one who got eliminated? I stopped watching after Corrie's 1-on-1 date because it was awkward.
God I still don't understand Vienna fans. But whatever Jake's keeping the shitty girls for the finals so it's only right he ends up with someone trashy. |

Just got caught up watching this show - those 2 hour episodes on Monday night are tough to keep up with. It is a weird season where none of the ladies seem to have any chemistry at all with the dude.
I hated Jake during the prior show and for the first couple episodes of this show, but last night he looked pretty damn hot (I am a sucker for a guy in a black turtle neck) and didn't seem like such a dud. Actually showed a little bit of personality. Tenley's voice makes me want to strangle her. I remember Trista took a lot of crap for her baby voice but Tenley's just grates on me. Take voice lessons babe. Gia is not at all what I thought she would be. Thought she would be the bold type, not miss demure (unless she is a pretty good actress). I generally like women like Ali - strong and independent, but she is getting an uber bitch edit. Vienna seems to have the emotional equivalency of a 15 year old and I obviously don't understand guys, cuz I would think that would be a total turn-off. Not to mention the fact that she just isn't pretty. Weird year and I don't know how they can even pretend there is a happily ever after here. |

He probably got to the end and realized he didn't like any of these bitches, so the producers just told him who to pick.

Ali: You know how many times I've passed this flower stand and wished I had someone to buy me flowers
Jake: Uhhmmm , could I get a receipt for Harrison, please. I'm not getting stuck paying for these things Do any of these people seem "bacherlorette" worthy? I was thinking they could get that murderous ex-cop Scott Peterson to be the next bach(assuming he ever gets out of jail). Instead of not getting roses he could just kill these crazy bitches "Oooh Scott looks so cute tonight" |
