I would LOVE it if Dana's ex boyfriend just shot her in the face and that was the end of that storyline. Now THAT would be 24-esque shocking
On that note - what was the last great big shock of 24? Probably that Logan was involved in the Palmer thing. Just makes me think back to Season 2, and finding out that Marie Warner was the big bad guy - sigh - we don't get stuff like that anymore..... Can't wait for tonight! |

No, they have never resolved Wayne Palmer's storyline, which is perhaps one of, if not the BIGGEST, dangling plotline this show has Agreed - but theres also What happened to Behrooz? |

Well, I don't think anyone knows, but Behrooz isn't as bad because at least he wasn't clinging to life in his final scene on the show.

The stuff with Renee is SO fucking good, that it's completely exposing the limitations of the other storylines. I knew Russian dude was gonna shoot his sick son, I knew...what's his name???...the geek drooling over Sackoff...would spy on her. Blah blah blah. But the Renee stuff really popped. At the moment, she's the only compelling storyline on the show. There does seem to be some decent foreshadowing with regard to where Wayne Newton Jr's character might go, but other than that, everybody's flat.

Chloe is all kinds of awesome. I love it when she's at her sarcastic best. Jack reminded me of a blonde Rachel Maddow/Waldo with his glasses. Renee

I was thinking just as Jack was driving up to meet the Russians that he had been so high profile and on the news and everything that these guys were bound to know who he was... and then he comes out wearing those glasses, and I could not stop laughing. I just wish he had a fake mustache to go with it :)

While we're sorta on the topic of disappeared characters, I was OBSESSED with Michelle Forbes as Palmer's aide in season 2. Remember, she was the only one still on his side when he was being impeached. She was epic and glamorous all season long and then she FELL DOWN SOME STAIRS and was taken away in an ambulence never to be seen again.
