Fuck them for making me go through Juliet dying AGAIN. Time travel stuff makes my brain go gooey and I have a real hard time following it because I think too much about it. I'm trying to remember the episode where Faraday was trying to quickly explain time travel to Sawyer. Something about a string that you can pull back and forth but you can't manipulate. Season 4 maybe, I'm not sure.
I can’t go with the bizarro world or alternate universe thing, because I can’t comprehend a different universe of things happening for what? Every year? Every month? Every second?
I can’t go with we’re just watching 2004 and then 2007 because if what they did in 1977 worked to avoid the plane crash in 2004 then they wouldn’t be on the island in 2007, would they?
The religious theme with Jacob and MIB is interesting for sure, and the more I think about it, the more I think that Jacob is the “bad” and MIB is actually the “good”. Hence his disappointment in everyone for following Jacob. Kind of like Satan having his time to prove to God that if humans were allowed to serve who they wanted to they would make good choices but humans ultimately proving they don’t actually make good choices and God having to step in and put a stop to it.
Sometimes I hate that I ever started watching this show. Hate I tell you!
