Anyway, they have yet to do a tribe swap in the recent seasons where they color code the tribes and hand pick them ahead of time. |

I wouldn't necessarily rule-out a tribal switch-up just because the theme is Heroes Vs. Villains. That didn't stop them from switching the tribes up during Fans Vs. Favorites. And besides, even if they mix-up the groups, they're all still playing against each other, so it's still HvV.
If anything keeps them from doing a swap this season I would think it would be all the rumors of pre-game alliances. Sugar was openly talking in her pre-game interviews about already having alliances with both Courtney and Jerri (incidentally, Sugar & Courtney I can see, but how the hell did Jerri get mixed up in that alliance?), and I believe there was a pre-game interview with Amanda where a Micronesia alliance with Parvati and James was mentioned (excluding Cirie, apparently). |

If he doesn't give the Heroes or Villains any other name whatsoever, like on their tribe flag, probably not. Malakal and Airai and Jaburu and Tambaqui was still said and on the flags

Previous season friendships and alliances are like tribes, so the division of ASS into teams functions like a switch.

I get the feeling (and I have not read spoilers) that at some point both the tribes will have to nominate "the most villianous" Hero(es) and "the most heroic" Villian(s), as Jeff said in the previews that some players will change roles throughout the game. |

I would be entertained if they setup one of the coconut smashing challenges, but instead of having all the questions be "Which castaway is the most likely to..." have them be "Do you consider so-and-so to be a hero or a villain?"
Then, instead of using the answers for the challenge, take the majority answer for each person and re-divide the tribes based on the perception of their peers.
A mutiny is another idea that caters to the season. Or doing the switch style from Africa/China where they pick certain members of the other tribe or send away certain members of their own. |

I, too think that they would have a mutiny tribal swap kind of to highlight a reason as to why Candice is on this season as it was the most controversial move of her season.
I do think a tribal swap is needed, it will make things more interesting.
