I think its the 3rd time they have showed that 214-215 +1 pound weight gain at the preview for the next episode by the way lol. None of them weighs 214 at this point so they gave us wrong numbers to throw us off.

I don't know how it is possible to be back on the ranch that quickly after surgery. Wouldn't they at least keep you a day or two?? And then to walk 13 miles..either they or lying about the days or Miggy is one tough bitch lol.

Some thoughts:
How is Miggy able to do all this after surgery? You would think she needs alot of recovery time for such a serious surgery. I think something is up. I was wrong about the Micheal spoiler. It said on TWOP that he had lost 80 pounds by the end of week 5. Even though I was wrong, im still proud of him. This guy is no Shay!! Melissa <33333333333 The only person I truly don't like is Lance. And....what was all this talk about Black People from O'Neal?? |

I think it was either a past contestant or someone else that knew about production that posted information on weigh-in "weeks" before. The length of a week on campus changes from weigh-in to weigh-in. Some "weeks" are actually 7 days long, some are shorter, some are longer.
So this week could have been one of the longer ones, so Miggy would have a chance to lose some of the water weight to save herself. If it was a regular week or a shorter one, then Miggy is a beast and is clearly gonna win <3333 |

Miggy is amazing. When i got appendicitus surgery i was in the hospital for 8 days. She comes back and still looses weight. Miggy is one tough bitch. My favorite since week one. Miggy FTW <333333.
I don't like Yellow for two reasons: 1. In high School there was this bitch named sunshine who tried to take my man 2. I knew this guy named O'Neal and he made me want to kill myself when i looked at him. Blue was pretty amazing. <3 My final 4 prediction: Sunshine, O'Neal, Shari, Miggy Am I the only one who thinks Shari is going to get a Helen like victory. |

I'm surprised at the predictions...I agree with everyone else that Yellow is going to go far but I think that gray, white and purple will as well...maybe younger pink in the mix as well.

Re: Miggy's surgery. If Miggy's appendix didn't burst they may have been able to do a lot of it laproscopically. Even if there was an incision those are only about 3 inches long. (At least that is how long mine is and it was taken out 20 plus years ago) I will say it is extremely painful and makes it hard to stand up straight. THAT being said they had me up and walking the next day.... I was released after two days.
December 2009, I had what is considered a major surgery (most done via laproscope) and the released me the next day. I was told by the Dr. to start walking at home, beginning with 1/3 of a mile beginning the next day (2 days post-op). Walking is one of the best things you can do to move out the excess fluid, increase circulation and promote faster healing. I don't think MY Doctor would have wanted me to walk 13 miles however. LOL Miggy is one tough cookie and I give her props. I also think that she will have another good weight loss next week as the extra fluid continues to leave her body. It was nice to see her smile. Love Daris and his mom. Love Stephanie and it was nice to see that Michael cares about Miggy. I think Sunshine and Stephanie are going to be big supporters or each other. Red team is on borrowed time. Melissa worked hard this week and didn't lose that much. She and Lance were so close to being under the yellow line. Grey team doesn't do a thing for me although I think I may see a smigeon of a crush developing between Stephanie and Koli. Who knows. And I really expect that Andrea will start pulling some bigger numbers soon. |

Thank god John left - he was turning into Sasquatch! I couldn't bear looking at him anymore. He looked fantastic at his update -
what a difference a good shave makes. The change in his demeanor was even more amazing - he looked uplifted. His brother, I'm sad to say, looked the way they did at the beginning of the show - beaten down. Why isn't this show as worried about them as they were about Shay? I worry about them. I couldn't believe the wake up shots showing a couple of these guys sleeping with oxygen. Geez, if something like that doesn't give you a wake up call to change your life - what will? I have to give Melissa some props. When the blue team and the yellow team walked in, Melissa had a huge welcoming smile on her face. A lot of the other "wonderful" people had worried, suspicious faces, like what does this mean for us?

I had my appendix out via laparotomy a couple years ago, and I was released the next morning. It was hard to stand up straight for a couple days, but after that, it was mostly only discomfort in the area of the incision, my bellybutton. And they give goood drugs for surgery. I suspect Miggy was eating very little since you can't really go to town after you've just had surgery to remove something connected to your intestines.

It just occurred to me that Miggy could've been on a low amount of muscle relaxants, along with pain meds, and so she'd be able to stand up straighter, AND it would make her happy and less of a fabulous #!+%.

Danny was on The Doctors and they are going to do his surgery to get rid of the excess skin for free. He shows the skin in this video from the show. Eeew (though obviously a lot of the excess skin already shrunk because he had a much bigger gut when he started the show than would have fit in that skin without stretching).
