I'm on the fence about his voice. It might prove to be just ordinary good or it could be something special. But I agree with Mai4. If it looks like he's gonna be really good, he will be mysteriously cut before he can make the top 24. Something mysterious happened around the time of season 4 that made them decide they didn't want any more black males on the show.
