Remove this ad No, I'm not looking to "fix" anything. My question may be unclear, as I am not as geeky...I mean TALENTED...as you may be, but I'll give it a go. Is there any type of web/data software that my employer's IT company can put on the server to send all web-based emails (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to a master account within the server when it is sent? Or something to this effect? It doesn't seem possible. And our IT nerd HAPPENED to walk in as I was typing this, and he "neither confirmed nor denied this." He's a TRAITOR. I was gonna write something smartass here about them, but I'm afeart.

So yes, I think it would be entirely possible to log anything that you've typed and sent to a website - be it a forum such as Sucks or webmail. Although this would obviously produce ALOT of data, and someone still has to trawl through all the logs, so it probably wouldn't be accessed unless someone was under suspicion of doing something wrong.

There might be something that exists, but it's way too complicated and probably too expensive for all but the biggest, most paranoid companies out there. It's easier for them to just BLOCK you from using those sites. Is there a way they can filter out their own email that you use and write on their networks? Of course.

Logistical nightmare programmatically with all of the different email formats/encryption and what not. Not to mention you're going to have to deal with things like viruses and stuff too.

Plus I've seen enough coups, raids, and drums to know that if they want to get rid of you, they wouldn't rely on third-party email. Do you smoke weed? Is the pot making your paranoid?

Thanks, zipp. well, one time at work i sent an email saying i wished i could hit my boss in the face with a brick. coincidentally, i was 'bought out' later that day. so, yes it's not only possible but probable. i mean, it's their computers.

I have a master password, so can read whatever I want. A keylogger is almost impossible to parse - I have yet to see that in a corporate environment ( Although I used one to catch my whore of an ex... ) Personally, I open a Remote Desktop session to my home computer and make all my threats from a proxy in Finland!

Remove this ad I am trying to stay away from European servers. Nigerian servers are the way to go. I have my Nigerian proxies in a favorites folder named Bicycle.
