That was awesome.
Two designers saying that she was too difficult. I wish they'd flashback to things that happened during the challenge instead of just doing things that happened after. |

Can't believe she is so outspoken, so atypically Canadian. Love that her age doesn't seem to be at issue. I really like the look of the majority of the ladies, and it is too bad Sophie couldn't connect with those around her in the workplace, bc she had a killer look on the runway. |

I have to say I watched for the first time and can I say the pub girls were smoking hot.. and they dump Sophia? WHAT. She is gorgeous. Megan needs to be pushed in front of a bus.

Sophia suffers from the same problem as many of the "I'm only here to win/work, not to make friends" types, which is that they're too myopic in their view of what winning/working entails. They generally ignore that, unless you're self-employed, there's always a social component to work. (And even if you're self-employed, there's usually still a social component insofar as you need to sell your work and possibly yourself.) If you ignore the social component, you'd better be absolute perfection, otherwise, you're a target after every mistake you make.
Cerri and Brandise seem as direct as Sophia, but not as socially abrasive, so it's not a surprise Sophia's out before them. |

That is superb analysis appropriate to all situations. Being new to this show I had no sense of the "characters" but got interested after the runway outburst of the dim baby model. But I would always put aside my personal issues if I truly believed their talent could contribute to my success... we have become a little too enamored of the whole concept of "perfect fit" when it comes to working with people. Its why you see so much homogeneity in the workplaces and in turn a type of sychopantic "yes man" culture.
Sophia had skin issues so she is gorgeous and can sell the walk so fuck I would work to figure it out... this is not saving lives its fashion! |

I really tried liking MOTR last time around and I'm also trying this time. But it's not happening. Models are really not that interesting.
They seem to be milking any little thing in order to create a "story", any story. |

I thought Sarah was the most beautiful model. Why does she seem to always end up in the bottom of the pick? Kasey is from my state--Go Maryland!-- so I want to root for her, but please--- why is her hair always looking unkempt? Sure its a look, but does it have to be ALL THE TIME? And at times, it looked entirely burned out and dry, like it would crack if you touched it. Alexis's eyes are SO FAR APART. She has to be the ugliest girl there. I didnt think humans could have eyes that far apart and not be born disfigured. Cerrie has the coolest accent. I do love listening to her. I agreed with Cerrie and all the models in the beginning, as they were watching elimination and commenting on Anna. Anna (the designer who was almost auf-ed) is so very cute! She is cute like a kitten. I mean, way way cute. I like that Cerrie finds Anna cute and "obvious" in her thoughts. |
