Disagree. She looked at Michael like he MIGHT be a breath of fresh air, as if him being there dressed in office attire might somehow inspire David to go out and do something like get a job. I liked the episode.

I agree with Papayoke - I thought his wife was hoping Michael would knock some sense into David.

I got the same vibes from Wallace's wife that Papayoke did. She was happy to see someone from the real world interacting with her husband. But in his defense, he's been unemployed for a couple of months maybe. Do you know how long people are unemployed these days??? He's just starting. I liked that he's going through the "let's start our own business" phase.

It seems almost a given that at some point Wallace will come crawling to Michael for a job. And I can't see Michael turning him down either. Maybe some loony chaos will ensue and Wallace will end up being bumped up to a position at Sabre.

Unemployed David Wallace and Michael being creeped out by it as he pulled out of the driveway was classic. When is Jan coming back?

Ooga Ooga wrote:actually my sentiment was she is a great actress who had so many memorable characters in the past that it might detract from the character...I think this show thrives on the casting of mostly unknowns and behind the camera people that have finally gotten that break (except for Micheal, Jim and Pam)...that rep from Sabre perfect fit, KB remains to be seen...incidentally she will appear next week so we'll be able to see her with more screen time |

Had he ever gotten into a jacuzzi with one of them (who was wearing a t-shirt), I might have lost my mind, though. And praise Jesus my husband never tried to start a band with our 10 year old son on the drums. My husband simply did a lot of yard work. |

What Does A Bean Mean? | ||
|
Before last night, I couldn't believe Kevin could be any more irritating. But that slug never fails to impress. Do you remember the show where Michael and Jim had to decide on who to give raises to? Remember how Kevin kept asking, "What Does a Bean Mean?" If you check, at some time during the show, Dwight rushes out of Michael's office and you can hear the crowd mumbling outside. You can just barely hear Kevin the slug asking, "What Does a Bean Mean?" That had to be one of the funniest things I'd ever seen on this show. |

All is right with the world again, now that Jim is back to sales and is allowed free reign to prank & torture Dwight.
Phyllis' flatulence. Erin is so cute and dorky. Perfect fit for Michael. Pam would never have catered so much to all of Michael's wacky whims. |

There was so much to love about last night's episode! Jo's dogs that "love a good crotch," Erin not knowing who Snoopy and Woodstock are, and Michael asking, "Manuel who?" after Oscar said "manual."
Dwight and Ryan being "Dragon" and "Bobcat" for their plot to take down Jim. And Michael saying the main office area was a farty dirtpatch! I laughed so hard! |

I loved how no one had an issue with Phyllis's flatulence because she sent out an email! It was so odd it was funny. And I loved Dwight's look on his face when he told Michael they don't shout out their sales.
