I have no faith in this movie. Directed by Steve Antin means an appearance by the Pussycat Dolls, which is the cinema equivalent of herpes.

I don't care if it wins awards or not. It's got Christina and Cher so I'm so there. I hear Cher will sing for the first time in a movie, but didn't she sing in Tea with Mussolini? I vaguely remember her singing in that movie.

I went to see Crazy Heart tonight. I thought it was pretty good. It did remind me a lot of The Wrestler. Jeff Bridges really let himself go to look washed up and ugly. I hope he can recover.

I saw Crazy Heart tonight as well. Very good film, definitely not the most original story and I had a few qualms with it, but the performances were phenomenal. Bridges was fantastic and Maggie was actually surprisingly terrific. Definitely deserves the Oscar nom.

I liked Maggie very much, midnight. I always have. I don't care that she's a little bit ugly. She looks like a real person and in a mvie about real people that's refreshing to see. I don't get the hate for her...never have.
