He's revealed the boot list and told us the final three. If he doesn't want to reveal the winner he doesn't have to. I don't get the impression he's "waiting" on the edit, he just doesn't want to give up the specific votes he's been told because it'll probably clue people in as to who he is. Duh! Who gives a fuck if he "gets credit" it's not like this is the fucking Oscars or something. Jeez...

I mean sure the Heroes tribe would be stacked against the Villains, but man Shane would've been so much more entertaining.

It would have been fine if they'd just not cast James, Colby, Rupert, Tom, and JT on the same tribe. That's a fucking powerhouse. There's no way a tribe of Boston Rob, Coach, Shane, Randy, and Russell could ever have competed with that. Tyson, who I can't fucking stand, is at least a college swimmer and a cyclist. He didn't get water challenges in Brazil, but there will surely be plenty in Samoa. That is probably one of the factors that helps the Villains do so well, because frankly...even with Tyson, the Heroes tribe looks stacked compared to the Villains. If they'd cast someone like Rudy or Yau Man instead of James then I could see Shane making the cut on the other side.
