Awe shucks, thanks you!  Actually it hurt like a mofo after a few rounds to keep using my hands so i had to ty something new...we had x amount of seconds to make x amount of hits with the various items..the louder sounds were made if you could hit a flatter or hard surface area with the various items.....the spatula was the worst cause if you hit it on an edge it would leave cut marks and it was hard to find a large enough surface area on my body that was loud enough without really belting it down...then val told us to aim for the inner thigh and let me tell you, i had those bruises for a good 2 weeks after my stay from solitary....my favorite was the paddle...as you shall see cause i won't even talk about what my ass looked like after that challenge!!
