Like I said - George Bush didn't create a bubble. The economic growth between 2000 and 2008 was unprecedented. It wasn't until overzealous regulators started poking their noses where it didn't belong that housing prices became artificially deflated. If you want to cause a crisis, just keep on talking about it and creating fear. Besides, everybody knows that Fannie and Freddie is what really caused housing prices to go down.
