The bills do not do that. Is Obama trying to make health care more affordable for all but a few? The bills do not do that. Only thing I can think of is, just get something passed so you have something to crow about. We'll worry about the problems later (after Obama is out of office, natch).

America has the highest tax structure in the world at 22% and we are the most generous giving 2% of our annual income on average to charity. I bet the Danish don't do that!!!
