Remove this ad Mortal enemies. I find it funny how bigots view a black man speaking intelligently with the same sort of incredulity as watching a magician performing a magic trick. He's not really smart. He's reading a teleprompter. But Obama did great in all the debates. He beat McCain in every single one. He's great at interviews and question-answer sessions (even with hostile crowds). I don't necessarily agree with all of Obama's reasoning and wisdom behind his policy decisions, but I feel no personal compulsion to delude myself into thinking Obama is unintelligent or lacking the ability to voice a coherent argument.

(Don't worry; I borrowed Obama's teleprompter.) If you want to disprove climate change, you have to make one of two arguments: 1. we're not increasing the amount of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere, and/or 2. greenhouse gases don't have well-known physical properties as understood through scientific experimentation. Especially since I don't see the n word used all that much in this space, so they have to lash out somehow. I think a few posters are actually trolling. It's a skill that is still lost on most. (Making this place once again fun). And, I think some posters genuinely have a problem with Obama using teleprompters because they see it as him being scripted and disingenuous, independent of race. These are the posters who are going to lash out the most by citing this common "everything is racist" line. The next 10 pages of this thread will be an OT tapestry. It will feature the usual suspects reciting the 'racist' line. It'll feature people deliberately trolling. There will be some racism. Lulls will be had. And for me, well, this is going to be treat. Let the fun begin.
