That said, I missed Brick talking to himself this episode. But the ending was adorable.

I think it's funnier than Modern Family (love it too, but it doesn't hit the mark as often in its half hours as The Middle does.)

I love how dinner is fast food every night. Early scene last night, they're all sitting in front of the TV, eating things with wrappers, and talking about
their day. I say to the hubby, "She never cooks dinner!" Later on, when Axl comes home from work with bags in his hand and says, "I made
dinner!", I cracked up. And Axl was upset when Janitor brought home dinner, and thought he had forgotten ketchup.

Another golden episode.
"I'm almost old enough to fight in a war" "Not if we want to win you aren't." "It's a respect oval!" |

Love this show.
Did you know they originally filmed a pilot for this show with Ricki Lake in the role that eventually went to Patricia Heaton? The only one from the original pilot who is in the show is Brick. |

I can't imagine the cast being anyone but who they are. The casting is perfect (except for Chris Kattan).

I don't mind Chris Kattan when he's with her at work, but his storylines outside the car lot haven't been as great.

CBS was second for the night with both adults 18-49 and viewers. Its 8pm comedy block was resoundingly bested by a Charlie Brown Valentine special and The Middle, but Criminal Minds stood tall even against a strong American Idol, and CSI: NY won the 10pm hour increasing from last week by about 5 percent.Yahoo ![]() |

Sue's eyeshadow was just spot on. and her blouse with the bow around the middle was genius. she obviously thought it was party appropriate, but it was so juvenile looking.
i actually enjoyed this more than Modern Family last night. the very gay cell phone pic the three boys took was great! |
