So been away for a week, Big Mike isn't disqualified after all? Hmm, the plot thickens.
Is the rumor that he is top contender this year true or bunk? He has some personality, but wasn't blown away by his voice. |

I knew she didn't make the Top 24 but at least that explains it.
I wonder why, was she asked not to come by the show, or did she choose not to come? Hope she's okay, would like to see her back next season if at all possible. |

Well, got a better feel for some of the top 24 tonight. I understand why Big Mike. How many big black #$*+# have you seen behind a guitar lately? And he has a great voice with that big personality.
I loved Crystal and Lily, totally my type of smokey voiced femme singer. And really liked Didi as well. Andrew did not disappoint, he is great. Katie was good.. but meh, just another spoiled teen to bring in the viewers. But Haley just caught me off guard and when she added that giggle at the end, she cemented my liking her. NOT loving, but liking. Hated Casey's style, but only because he reminded me of every second bluesy folk singer in the 70's. And Simon's supposed replacement, Guy O' Seary is hot (ish)  |

I Loved Didi, Andrew, Mike and Janell tonight.
Does Haeley's lisp bother anybody else when she sings? She did good considering that she has one though. I really like Lilly but her hair is silver, its distracting. Katie did just okay not top 12 material for me but I bet she makes it. Crystal is good, however, she will not get many votes from people unless she brushes her damn teeth. Casey is meh to me. Right now I'm seeing a: Mike-Andrew-Todrick-Casey-Jermaine-Chris/Aaron/John for the guys Didi-Haeley-Janell-Lilly-Ashley-Katie for the girls. I dont see this changing much at all. |

Casey is boring and they are showing him over other in the top 12? they obviously want him in the top 12. and They gave a shout out to Ashley and Todrick making it through and nobody else, they are trying to get those people in everyones minds. |

Looks like Jose and Alex are the only ones we haven't heard yet, and we'll probably hear Alex in Team Mary is a Trainwreck.
Damn to Ben not getting through. He was fucking hot. Wish the rumor of him making the top 24 had been true.

Well Toddrick is fodder. He came off as a bitchy self-righteous arrogant queen during that round. And I think Siobhan will have lost votes from her editing.
I also found Jermaine to be cocky and arrogant as well. Big Mike was the only one that they seemed to follow with a positive edit. Of course new daddy will make top 12 now. After hating on Casey, I really liked him in the group round and found his confessional to be sweet. Maybe he aint so bad. And who the hell is Alex?? He makes top 24?? seriously? how? Andrew Garcia is priming up as a fav for me. Gangbanger FTW!! |
