I am usually a bleeding heart for stories like this but this shit is getting out of hand. Everyone has a sob story or cries discrimination to get what they want. Everyone wants to sue for nonsense like this. It's BS.
Why does everyone think they have the right to do whatever pops in their head? The cheerleaders have rights too and who can blame them for not wanting this on their squad.
His parents should have just said no to his stupid request, mentally challenged or not. Even toddlers don't always get what they want , so why should he ? So he's biracial and mentally challenged.
He would probably excel at the special olympics and I'm sure he'd fit right in to the cheering squad there.
