ok, so a lot of people don't know what they're talking about when
it comes to survivor gabon, so i thought id make a list telling you
what to believe.
the main criteria i used is: who changed the game and who was entertaining to watch. those are the two biggest factors i consider when compiling a list like this.
1. Ken Hoang - what can you say? this mother fucker made the season. the whole way the season played out was thanks to this guy.. and
2. Crystal Cox - this bitch. crystal and ken dominated the season. bob definitely would not have won if it werent for these two. because they so obviously shaped what happened in the season, they deserve number one and two spots. i also want to mention that crystal was the most outspoken person in this season. i have never seen somebody that outspoken make it so far. i would like for you guys to think of other people who have been that outspoken and made it far.
3. Randy Bailey - the most entertaining guy on the show. hands down. this is why he is in HvV. they picked randy for entertainment, and sugar for her dumb ass strategy. i loved how this guy completely talked shit on everyone at fang, and made a nice home for himself at kota. honestly, randy did everything right. the only reason he left is because of shit that was out of his hands. (second tribe switch up when crystal, ken, and susie voted off marcus.)
4. Matty Whitmore - no strategy, but you gotta love the guy. if youre a white middle to upperclass male that is. :-P. there is something about matty that we root for, and it really broke my heart when him and ken had their falling out.
5. Ace Gordon - one of the better strategists of the season, but nothing compared to ken. ace probably thought he had the game wrapped up, and i did too for awhile when it aired. too bad for him that he underestimated ken's abilities.
6. Susie Smith - i know i need a flame shield for this one, but susie probably should have won the season. out of bob and sugar, susie was the much better player. susie jumped alliances 3 or 4 times coming from the very bottom at fang, into a position of power nearly every tribal council. let me remind you of her voting history: michelle, gillian, jacquie, kelly, ace, marcus, charlie, randy, corrinne, crystal, ken.. all those people left in that order. susie knew what she was doing. and for that, she deserves the number six spot.. AT LEAST.
7. Corrinne Kaplan - ill be honest, i hated this bitch and couldn't wait to see her go. watching the season over again a few times, she has grown on me. corrinne was just trying to make the best out of a bad situation. she lost jacquie to the first tribe switch up and lost marcus in the second. that foursome was supposed to go to the end, but thanks to game changing players such as ken, crystal, and susie.. that didn't happen. corrinne was a victim.
8. Bob Crowley - on a scale of one to ten, bob is probably a 6 when it comes to a good winner. bob had marvelous ingenuity and made a bow tie out of his buff. those are the reasons we love him. bob didnt have that great of a strategy and he really didn't do anything to get him to the number one spot. bob was the center of a lot of controversy, however, promising ken immunity, giving randy a fake idol, so he does deserve some credit.
9. Charlie Herschel - another victim. charlie is a great guy, and i give him props for remaining so composed in the game of survivor given what he had to go through. charlie is probably the second nicest person to ever play survivor, the first being rafe. the only reason corrinne is above charlie is because corrinne is better tv. sorry charlie.
10. Danny Brown (GC for all you inept retards) - i love gc. this guy always cracked me up. he took on the role of leader, quit the next day, got lost before a challenge, was always in an aggressive mood, and eventually quit the game. he didnt have a strategy, but he was good for laughs, and thats more than i can say for the people who follow.
11. Marcus Lehman - i know a lot of people probably liked marcus, and he would have made for a good winner. he constructed a good alliance, with his wingman charlie, and everything was going his way. unfortunately for marcus, many other survivors were far more cunning than he was. sorry marcus, but being nice all the time isnt going to win you the money. especially when you are playing with crystal and kenny.
12. Sugar - sugar... wow. she was a game changer, you have to give her that. what i dont respect, however, is her strategy. sugar didn't play to win. sugar's vote was controlled by her emotion, and she was too easily manipulated. i have floated around a few forums, and come across people saying sugar was a good strategist. well you know what i have to say to that? "thats bollocks and you know it."
13. Gillian Larson - ok, the only reason gillian is up this high is because of ONE line. "want to see the elephant dung?" lol, i mean what was she thinking? gillian is such a weird person, and i did hope we could see more of her, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. but i mean come on, she got the first episode named after her. gillian is great.
14. Dan Kay - lol at dan. this guy provided us with some laughs. my favorite dan moment though was the tribal council he got voted out. after the second vote was read he just dropped his head and stared at the floor. much like jaison did every tribal he was at, but thats because jaison was dirty and tired and just all around miserable. dan was just insecure and knew he was going to leave. that was priceless. it was a self fulfilling prophecy kind of like Jaime from guatemala.
15. Paloma Soto Castillo - paloma left with a bang. paloma didnt give a fuck about anybody, she called mother fuckers out when she saw something she didnt like, and thats something i like about her. unfortunately for her, there was a foursome alliance that nobody knew about and they were all bickering amongst each other to realize it. thanks paloma.
16. Jacquie Berg - so glad this bitch left. i did not like the kota alliance at all, and im glad crystal and kenny stuck to their guns and voted her off instead of kelly. kelly had no ties to the other alliance, and they werent sure about jaquie, but they were right. jaquie was a huge part of an alliance that could have dominated the whole game. if they didn't get rid of her, there would have been a very very different turn out. ken and crystal for the mother fucking win.
17. Kelly Czarnecki - what is there really to say about kelly? except she is not as bad as...
18. Michelle Chase - michelle, youre stupid, insecure, strategy-less, and have a shitty social game.
well thats the order from best to worst. if you dont agree with it and think sugar should be on top or something, then something is severely wrong with you.
