I've been a Rodman fan for a long time. While he can be a colossal fuck-up in a lot of ways, he also strikes me as someone who's generally a decent person and also pretty smart. He did win Celebrity Mole after all. :) A lot of his antics are also calculated I think. I mean, he's been out of basketball for years, but still gets good press and it's not as if he was ever the Hall of Fame type who you would expect to still be in the news. That's why Drew's autism suspicion was really interesting to me. He seems to do well when there is structure. I have a relative that's autistic and he's the same way. Does really well in structured environments, but throw him into chaos and he gets angry and uncontrollable.

I'm a fan of his too. I agree that he's smarter than he seems. I saw him play live once and he was the most graceful thing on the court (more than even Jordan). The thing I'm not sure about is - how much of a drinker is he actually? He still denies it. Is it possible he isn't an alchie? |

From what we saw on Celebrity Apprentice Rodman is an alcoholic. He admitted as much after the show aired. He went on Leno (maybe it was Conan, I forgot) & talked about how terrible he felt for screwing up so bad. He said he knew he had a problem with alcohol.

Tom Sizemore was busted before coming to Celeb Rehab. Was attending rehab part of some deal his lawyer worked out? If so, maybe that's why Dr Drew made that comment to Tom about playing a scam. Although he did say he was homeless - is Monroe on the street too? (Besides during working hours, I mean).
As for Kari Ann and her ciggie fit - WTF? I've requested a hard pack if the pkg might get crushed but, with her, it's not as though she's going anywhere. What the hell does it matter how the cigs were packaged? Does this bitch have any family? How do they handle being around her?

I've never liked Dennis, but he was interesting to watch on Apprentice--I thought then that if he doesn't get into rehab SOON, he'll end up killing himself or someone else with his OTT behavior. Interestingly enough, he's growing on me a bit, watching him behave like a normal person on Dr Drew's show. I had no idea he had this side to him, even though I know his being in rehab is court-ordered.
Tom Sizemore is a dirty prick with bad taste in women, and has no intention whatsoever to get clean, IMO. If Dr Drew can help him at all, it will be something of a miracle. As for Kari-Ann, maybe that day she woke up in a dumpster was a result of her family giving her the heave-ho, once and for all! That bitch needs killing! |

It really WAS good to see Rodney looking so great. His case was about him loaning money to someone that tried to stiff him. He was able to prove his case & won. The judge told him she hoped he was being prudent with his money since he became so notorious & he said he was. He'd made some good investments that were paying off.
So, not only is he staying sober & looking terrific, he's doing well financially too. |
