I'm friends with Simon on fb...and it's quite entertaining. What a complete and utter fool. I keep him there for a good laugh.

Any hope of them doing a Housewives show in South Florida?? Having a young guy in their 20's dating a millionaire would make great TV :)

Simon: "I am the frog, she is the scorpion", says he was "set up" by tamra so he would see her with his friend. tamra now denying relationship with judge, but says she wouldn't mind if it did happen. and the sludge thickens...this is gonna get ugly, trust me.
http://pedrowatcher.freedomblogging.com/2010/02/08/housewife-tamra-denies-she-has-a-new-boyfriend/15067/ eta this article was recently updated to say that tamra does admit to a relationship with judge as reported here earlier. sorry.

In the early 90's, line dancing to "new country" at the singles bars while wearing rhinestone embellished "western wear" (including guys) saw a brief return to popularity in urban areas..Jassyca wrote: |

Yeah, I remember there was a resurgence there in the early 90's. I know there were many "western" type bars in LA at that time that were pretty popular. Something else that comes to mind is Jon Brennan from the Real World LA. That was in 92 or 93 (*I think*) and he played at a club that was also popular at the time.
ETA - Bravo's playing reruns right now from the season where Lauri got married. The epi right now is the one where they're doing preparations. In case anyone wants to witness her magical (only for love) 3rd wedding again!

Simon update!!!!
I realize that it is not healthy to vent on FB. So from now on, I want to focus only on my kids and positive things, please do the same. I will not be commenting on my marriage any more. Sometimes we lose focus when we have been hurt. |

I was "de friended" Which makes me laugh as apparently I was never top tier. I don't "do" Facebook seriously so I don't get all the levels and bullshit associated with it.
But I have tried to friend Tamra but she has never responded. I would love to read her response. |

I AM READING WHAT YOU WROTE AND IT MAKES ME SICK! WHY DONT YOU TELL PEOPLE THE TRUTH. EDDIE WAS NEVER A FRIEND OF YOURS, HE WAS A FRIEND OF MARCOS'S THAT YOU HAD BEEN AROUND A FEW TIMES ONLY. LET'S BACK TRACK TO NYE, ISNT IT TRUE THAT EDDIE SAW YOU SMACK... TAMRA IN THE FACE BECUASE SHE WANTED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM WITHOUT OUT YOU FOLLOWING HER AND AFTER THAT HE REFUSED TO BE AROUND YOU IN A GROUP SETTING. WHY IS YOU ARE ALWAYS TALKING CRAP ABOUT YOUR WIFE AND SHE KEEPS HER MOUTH SHUT?
START THINKING ABOUT YOUR KIDS AND NOT BASHING YOUR WIFE. I HOPE TAMRA DOES END UP WITH EDDIE HE IS SUCH A NICE GUY!" |

Tamra won't accept my request, but there are people on TWOP who are and she's been surprisingly 'classy' (as is possible) about this whole thing. Maybe she has Kate Gosselin's advisors...

Alexis Bellino, the newest cast member of The Real Housewives of Orange County, is continuing a grand Real Housewives tradition—she's using the show to try and shore up her husband's various business "interests."
In a recent blog post on the Bravo website, Alexis posted that she and her husband Jim ("Taliban Jim," as Television Without Pity has dubbed him) own a boutique hotel called "In Vogue" in Laguna Beach, "so if you are interested in visiting us here in Southern California, you must come stay with us!" It's never really been clear exactly what Jim Bellino does. But several of the Housewives have used the show to try and get publicity for their or their husbands' businesses. Alex McCord, on Real Housewives of New York, is married to Simon, who is the manager of a boutique hotel in Midtown that gets plugged on the show. Jill Zarin makes sure a RHONY episode doesn't go by without a Zarin Fabrics plug. Ramona Singer is constantly promoting her husband's weird religious jewelry company. Lisa Wu, on Real Housewives of Atlanta, is in the real estate business with her husband. Caroline Manzo and her sister Dina promote their husbands' family banquet hall, the Brownstone, on RHONJ. And Tamra Barney's soon-to-be-ex-husband Simon attempted to launch a premium tequila company after being on the show. (Of course, the biggest shiller of all on Real Housewives is Bethenny Frankel, who used the show to launch a bestselling series of books on how to be anorexic.) Now, apparently, Jim is trying to get into the hotel business, and using Alexis to help. He's opened "In Vogue," which is now advertising on such exclusive sites as Craigslist: "BRAND NEW! A BOTIQUE [sic] HOTEL." I couldn't find any trace of it on TripAdvisor, but in the ad Jim writes: "CALL JIM FOR WEEKLY AND MONTHLY SPECIALS, CALL ME AT 949-322-4900. I AM DEALING!" Indeed. |

I always stay at hotels advertised on Craigslist. When I need to hole up and get into some strippers, coke and a booze fueled meltdowns. Which have been increasing as of late.
What the fuck "boutique" hotel would the Vulgarian and his wife run... I think of it as something like Green Acres meets Petticoat Junction without the class. Glad to know worsty is NOT Tamras friend. I would be pissed if she was and I wasn't!!! Being that I was first bff's with Simon!!!! KOPYKAT!!! And I did see something on Simon's fb about that Eddie is not a friend at all. But I also saw that he is believed GAY. I don't have time for this anymore. I am very busy doing relief work in Haiti to help indentured servants come to America. Enough with the Mexican maids people!!! Natural disasters are fantastic for finding help. That tsunami in East Asia is how I "found" my boys. Its amazing what you can do with the invisible fence and the tossing of green cards around. And by green cards I mean cards that are GREEN! |
