Really enjoyed the last couple episodes - surprised by how ambitious they have been in terms of Castle/Beckett.
Great to see the numbers staying strong and news of the network ordering more can only be seen as a positive. Season 3 looks more then promising. |

From E! • Castle: Finally recognizing the greatness that is Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic—or just attempting to fill the void left by soon-to-be-deceased Ugly Betty—ABC has increased Castle's episode order to 24. Season two of the critical fave has continued to climb the ratings ladder, and the show is awaiting a season three pickup. |

This is an awesome Castle day! I finished the book (so cute! <3 ) and then I find out we get two more episodes AND a third season?
What more can a girl ask for on a Friday? :) |

Technically it hasn't been renewed for a third season yet. But barring a total ratings collapse, it will be.

I like that ABC is running repeats on Saturday nights, and this could be the reason for the ratings bump too - I found this show last year when they ran it on one of my local channels on Friday nights. It would be a shame for this show to bite the dust because ABC didn't try. NBC lost Life because it didn't try and that show was great and had more seasons left to Live.

I love Alexis! She is so sweet. I LOLd at them playing catch and his first pitch breaks something. And I didnt even mind that I knew the mystery girl would be Vega's daughter. Or that Ray Wise would be the killer.
I <3 this show. I'm glad its still going. I hope it stays for many seasons. |

I fell asleep too. Glad I have a dvr. Yeah, it seemed obvious he had a daughter but the scene with Beckett and Joe Torre was cute.
