This week was like Multiplicity x 1000. It's a good thing that Drew Carey guy didn't have a speaking part in each role he played.

How come no love for Medium for a couple weeks now?

I also love Medium. I missed last week's episode so I couldn't comment on it.
I actually thought it was funny how many characters the man had to play. I also think it took him alot of guts to wear a bikini at the end! As for Ariel: good for her to stand up to that stupid beaver mascot! Her plan at the end was genius. I just hope he goes away for good! |

That was way cool of Ariel to spend all the money she'd earned to help that kid. Especially since I didn't like that kid even one little bit. Ariel is really coming in to her own to own her gift without having to run to momma all the time anymore.
I'm just sad that Bridget is growing up so quickly. Unless they just aren't writing her quite as brillianly this season to be my favorite little freak anymore. Still love her, but they need to get her back. |

I was getting kind of bored with this show, but this week was good. The real strength of episode was Ariel's storyline. The best part of it was that she handled it without anyone else helping her.
I was completely annoyed when Allison threatened "Joe" with the scissors. The part when her daughters came in and begged her not to hurt him was over the top for me. People get upset when Scanlon and Davalos don't believe her, but no one seems bothered when Allison is clueless about her own power. It just seems she should have realized that something was going on other than that guy being in so many places a little sooner.

I also give a lot of well deserved credit to the DrewCarey guy. He did an excellent job. Not only did he have to play lots of different roles, but the way he seemed to own being the woman in the skirt and high heels and the bikini clad widow at the end were just priceless!
I also enjoyed the Ariel story line. She did it all on her own - we didn't even see her discussing it with her mom. |

Catching up, once again.
The dead douchebag who got hit by a car ep – agreeance that I thought it odd that Ali could talk to dead people like that, but there is precedent. I think that if dead SOB’s such as the daddy that seduced his son’s fiance a while back and tried to frame the bum really really really want to talk to her, they can. Obviously a murdering Penny Jar killer is in that class. Still, that got a little too Ghost Whispery for me, too. Loved how Ali outsmarted the dumbass murdering bitch, too. And how the hidden ring in the hatbox pivoted the ep. Excellent stuff. The Manny’s dead daughter ep. Kinda meh about this one, although I loved the collage of pix of young Manny with young daughter – when it comes to the details, Medium never misses a trick. Plus, Bridgette gets a break-out episode and they blow the occasion on a lame-ass Nigerian spam subplot? Very nice tie-up of the plot with the big reveal though. Satisfying as it could be. The psych ward ep. Not a stand out ep, as much as I loved Ali engaging and vanquishing the Ariel-aged killer. It was nice to see Manny, at long long last, voicing a reason as to why he couldn’t act on an Ali dream. Meanwhile, if Medium wanted to turn an ep over to Bridgette, they choose to do so with a muddled “why do I like a boy” thing involving Marie? Mixed & muddled subplot. Last night’s ep with Ali seeing Diedrich Bader all over Phoenix: what a HOOT! Also loved Ariel tangling with Mr. Teefers. Interesting how Medium is giving the DuBois daughters big subplots and how computer viruses figure so prominently again. Bader is one of the great unsung comic actors in the business right now – perfectly cast. The threatening sequence didn't bug me at all -- it was simply a matter of Ariel getting through Ali's fright to deliver the message that she was having a vision. Nothing wrong with that, and probably the only way to handle such an incident. Overall thoughts – the move to CBS hasn’t affected this show one iota. It’s as good as it’s ever been. |

This was one of my favorite Medium's in a long time. Diedrich Bader was great and made the episode
Cheyenie wrote: Totally agree with this though. Funny, Medium is one of my favorite shows but I find Allison annoying a lot of the time. Not sure how that works. Guess that speaks to the strength of the stories. |

Medium rests on my DVR for a few days before I view it. I blame the Friday night time slot.
LOLd a lot on this last show. I bet they all had a good time shooting this ep. |

Mr Teefers suddenly appearing in the window scared the living crap out of me! (Unexpectedly coming face to face to a peeping Tom is one of my biggest fears--I'm quite sure I'd have a heart attack on the spot.)
Laughed my ass off at Diedrich being EVERYWHERE--he did an outstanding job (although I could have done without the bikini shot, LOL). Love this show, have since the beginning, but being something of a prude, I feel it's high time Joe started wearing some pants around the house. Sometimes, his package is obvious--not something for young girls to be seeing, IMO!!! |

Awesome episode last night! It was good to see some background on Lee and I was shocked, SHOCKED to see how it played out.

A friend from high school filmed a scene for last night's epi as a doctor examining Allison's bruised face. And they cut it! I was bummed!
Also, I thought there were plenty of weird loose ends in the story??? |

Shocked is about as good a word as I can use myself. For a minute there I thought Lee was going to let that '70s Show girl get away with her dirty deeds. Which it wouldn't upset me so much about the perverts, but she killed a cop. There's no way Lee could let that stand. But man, to LET your brother be killed, that takes balls of steel or no soul or something. I guess we'll see if he just goes back to business as usual or if he's going to be a prick again having to live with what he did.

Was Lee preparing to kill some one last night? I was a bit confused about that. And you can tell the killer was guilty when Allison told her that one of the perps was a cop, because otherwise she wouldn't have given a reaction to that statement.

No, Lee wasn't preparing to kill someone himself. But he knew his brother would be killed by the woman and he did nothing to stop it. |
