Well I'm glad that we finally got around to talking about Session 9, great movie though I disagree about the last ten minutes, I think the scene where the guy goes into the asylumn at night and moves into the furnance was the scariest scene in that film.

Anybody ever seen the British (I believe it was a mini series) about zombies, called "Dead Set"? It was supposed to have been good.

It revolved around the British Big Brother house, and was actually quite awesome.

Well I haven't seen it yet to be fair, but by plausible, I mean getting into into a fit with people over a mere inconvenience and the whole thing just spirals out of control. We've all been in a similar situation, and it's not impossible to think that you might piss off the wrong people one of these days. I was at McDonald's once and a friend of mine accidentally bump into a teen. Next thing you know, an employee was screaming to the staff for help and another employee had the cops on the line. There are some really fucked up people in this world. I think teens who didn't get enough love from mommy and daddy could actually be prone to do shit like that.
Anyways, I just saw The Last House On The Left tonight (the remake). Pretty hardcore stuff. Worth two hours of your life. One huge plothole that I just can't get passed though is the parents leaving the daughter in the midle of the living room in plain view of the rapists if they ever decide to go in the house. Um, how about putting her on a bed upstairs? The premise was also a bit misleading because they dubbed it as the parents killing the rapists for revenge, when really they were just fighting out of self-defense. Not a big deal though. |

Thanks louie. My friend has it so I'm gonna watch it. It's the British system DVD though so I have to watch on my laptop, it won't work on my TV.

See, I thought the ending was just too coincidental for me to be too disturbed by it. I also thought the characters did some dumb shit, so I didn't sympathize with them as much as I would have.

I was just being vague because you haven't seen it yet, lol. |

I like when somebody survives in the end. Even if they are mentally unstable or permanently freaked out. Just brutaliy ending with more brutality is a bit much for me.
oh, and I did watch Dead Set and really liked it. The main TV guy (that was in charge of the big brother show) gave me real (but eviler) Ricky Gervais vibes.

`You'd think it'd be hard to fuck up a werewolf movie starring Bencio Del Toro but somehow....they managed.

The mother told the guy to go into the living room b/c she was going to try and kill him. The father and the mother then went into the guest house where the other killers were at to kill them. Its not like the rapist tried killing the parents first and the parents fought back. The parents went out of their way to kill the rapist. Pay attention. |

Uh, I don't know why on earth you'd want to watch a rape, but "I Spit on Your Grave" had about twenty minutes of it.
